Do I pay anything to book? +
No. Booking through this page reserves a slot and charges nothing — there is no online payment on this site at all. You pay for the treatment at the clinic on the day it happens, and the first consultation has no fee.
Will laser treatment darken my skin? +
It can, if the wrong wavelength or setting is used on deeper skin tones. That is why every laser protocol here begins with a patch test read at 48 hours, and why the treating dermatologist — not a technician — selects the platform and settings.
How many sessions will I need? +
The course column in the fee table gives a typical range, but the honest answer depends on your concern and how your skin responds. You get a specific number in writing at the consultation, and it is reviewed at the midpoint rather than only at the end.
Can I book a treatment without a consultation? +
Facials, yes. Anything involving a laser, a peel or a needle requires a consultation first — partly because the settings depend on your skin type, and partly because we would rather not treat a condition that turns out to be something else.
What if I need to cancel or move my slot? +
Sign in and reschedule from My appointments, reply to the confirmation email, or call the clinic. There is no cancellation fee.
Can I order skincare products online? +
Yes — browse the shop, reserve what you need, and collect it at the clinic. You pay at the counter on pickup; nothing is charged online.
Do you treat teenagers? +
Yes, with a parent or guardian present for the consultation and for consent. Acne protocols for adolescent skin differ from adult ones and are set accordingly.
